Transforming negative emotions, memories, behaviours and beliefs by working with the sub-conscious mind

Feeling Stuck, Anxious, or Held Back by the Past? There is a Faster Way Through.

You have probably tried to think your way out of it. You understand, at least partly, why you feel the way you do. You may have talked it through with someone, read about it, or spent years developing many ways of managing it, and yet it is still there. The habit that you have been trying to break keeps reasserting itself, or the confidence you know you should have simply will not come.

That gap - between what you know and how you feel - is not a willpower problem. It is a subconscious one.

Why Working With the Subconscious Mind Creates Deeper Change

The subconscious mind holds your emotional memories, automatic reactions, habits, and long‑standing beliefs. Because of this, most of your daily behaviour is driven by subconscious patterns rather than conscious choices.

The conscious mind can understand what you want to change, but it cannot override emotional imprints that were formed at a much deeper level. This is why you can know something logically yet still feel stuck, anxious, or triggered.

When you work with the subconscious mind, you update the emotional patterns that shape your reactions. The approaches I use are effective because they work directly with the emotional coding that influences how you think, feel, and respond

I am Suzanne Pope, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Integral Eye Movement Practitioner and PSYCH-K Facilitator based in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire. I work with people in person and also online across the UK, or any other English speaking country, using approaches that work directly with the subconscious mind - where your patterns are actually held. When change happens at that level, it tends to feel natural rather than effortful, and it tends to last.

What brings people to me

Low confidence and self-esteem

A quiet inner voice that questions your worth, whether you deserve the things you want. It often sounds completely reasonable, which is part of what makes it so hard to argue with Most people have had it so long they assumed it is simply who they are. It is not.

Anxiety

The kind that follows you everywhere. Into conversations you have not yet had, situations that might never happen, ordinary moments that should feel fine. Anxiety this persistent is not a thinking problem - its a subconscious pattern, that that is exactly where these approaches work.

Depression and low mood

A heaviness that makes everything feel harder than it should be. A flatness that is difficult to explain to people who have not experienced it. Low mood often has roots in the subconscious patterns - emotional residue. long-held beliefs, unprocessed experiences - and these respond well to the approaches I use.

Difficult Memories and Emotions

A memory that still feels raw years later. An emotional response that seems completely out of proportion to what is actually happening. Feelings that surface at the worst possible moments and do not respond to logic. The subconscious does not experience time the way the conscious mind does - an old wound can feel as immediate as yesterday until the emotional coding underneath is actually updated.

Weight Issues

Persistent weight concerns that have nothing to do with not knowing what to eat, and everything to do with the emotional patterns, habits and beliefs that drive behaviour around food. Working at the subconscious level addresses the why, not just the what.

Fears/Phobias

A fear of flying that limits where you can go. A phobia of needles, spiders, heights, or social situations that shape decisions you make every day. These are not character flaws - they are learned subconscious responses - and they can be unlearned, often far more quickly that people expect.
