There is a reason so many people understand what they need to change and still find that nothing shifts. The patterns that drive anxiety, low confidence, emotional triggers and self-limiting beliefs are not stored in the conscious mind. They are held in the subconscious - and that is where genuine, lasting change has to happen.
The approaches I use all operate on this same principle. They are distinct in their methods but united in that they target the emotional coding, automatic responses and deep-seated beliefs that shape how you feel and behave, often without your awareness.
Depending on your issues, I may use one or a combination of these methods.

Hypnotherapy
Uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help someone access a more receptive state of mind. In this state, unhelpful patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses can be explored and shifted.
Advantage: It allows deep mental and emotional work in a calm, safe state that supports lasting behavioural change.
IEMT
Works by using specific eye movement patterns to reduce the emotional intensity of difficult memories and to shift identity based patterns that keep someone stuck.
Advantage: It often creates rapid relief from emotional triggers and can help people detach from old stories that no longer serve them. Particularly good if someone does not want to talk about the details of their issues.
PSYCH-K®
Is a process that helps someone change subconscious beliefs through simple, structured techniques that create a whole brain state. This makes new beliefs easier to adopt and act upon.
Advantage: It supports fast and gentle belief change that aligns the subconscious mind with conscious goals, making transformation feel natural rather than forced.
