The support you need should not depend on where you happen to live. I offer fully online one-to-one sessions in IEMT and Hypnotherapy to clients anywhere in the UK, via Zoom. The depth of the work is identical to in-person sessions - the only difference is that you are in your own home.

Does it actually work online?

Yes, and for many clients it works better than they anticipated, sometimes better than in-persons sessions would. The reason for this is: the effectiveness of the sessions are closely connected to how relaxed you are able to become, and being in a familiar, private space that already feels safe to you tends to support that relaxation in a way that an unfamiliar room does not. Many clients drop into a deeper state of hypnosis online than they might have expected, precisely because everything around them is known and comfortable.

What you need for an online session

A quiet, private space, where you will not be disturbed for the length of the session. A stable internet connection. A device with a camera and microphone (in built is fine), a laptop or tablet works best. Headphones can be helpful but are not essential.

Before our first session I will walk you through everything and make sure you feel comfortable with the set-up. There is no technical expertise required and you don’t need to have Zoom on your device.

Who tends to choose online sessions?

Online sessions suit a wide range of clients. People who live outside the Bourne End area and cannot practically travel for in-person appointments. People who have demanding work schedules and value not losing travel time around sessions. People that feel most at ease in their own environment. People with health conditions or caring responsibilities that make leaving home difficult, or people that cannot climb stairs.

They also suit people who have been curious about hypnotherapy or IEMT for a while but who have not found a practitioner local to them who felt like quite the right fit.
